Our History

JLS Associates was formed in 1999 by managing partner Jackie Smith. Since then, we have successfully grown into a well respected organisation with a reputation for providing straightforward financial advice.

Jackie was joined by Gordon Smith in 2000 and between us we have over 41 years experience in the industry.

Pam, the newest addition to the team, joined in May 2007 with over 17 years experience working with a leading building society. This experience makes Pam well placed to liaise with clients and provide a high level of support to Gordon and Jackie.

We put client relationships as a priority. We believe that financial planning is a lifetime commitment and as such we are available for clients at every step of the journey.

Our Qualifications

Over the last decade the financial advice industry has taken great strides to become more professional. The introduction of qualifications and exams has taken financial advice to professional status.
